Ordinary eggs are good

Eggs are a powerhouse food – a concentrated package of high quality natural proteins, vitamins, minerals and some essential elements you require in a balanced diet. Eggs are one of the few foods that contain vitamin D, the sunshine vitamin. In fact ordinary two eggs, 100g serve, will provide about 16% of your daily Vitamin D requirements (RDI). We have researched a special patented diet for our hens, a balanced diet boosted with natural supplements rich in good Omega fats and certain essential vitamins. Ecoeggs are an ideal food for sportspeople, pregnant women and anyone who generally cares about their health and what they eat. DHA, the Smart Omega-3
