It's spring all year round for our egg packers

When it comes to quality there's no substitute for skilled staff with a keen eye and a love of eggs. Today we are giving you a sneak peak into the quality control process. After the eggs are collected they go into a temperature controlled environment, blissfully unaware of their possible future as an omelette or scrumptious cupcake. From here our staff are able to monitor the nesting system through CCTV system and you can see someone here inspecting and removing any eggs that look dirty or have obvious cracks. The storage room is 16°C but the packing room is a great spot to work, at a comfortable 20°C year round.
